How to use telegram step by step 

1. Download Telegram :

Install the Telegram app on your mobile device from your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android). If you want to use Telegram on your computer, you can download the desktop version for Windows, macOS, or Linux from the Telegram website (https://desktop.telegram.org/). 

2. Set Up Your Account: 

Open the Telegram app and tap "Start Messaging" or "Start Chatting." Enter your mobile phone number. You'll receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code to verify your phone number.

 3. Customize Your Profile: 

 You can add a profile picture and a username. Your username will be your unique identifier on Telegram and can be used to share your profile with others. It usually starts with the "@" symbol. 

4. Start a Chat:

 To start a one-on-one chat, tap the pencil icon (iOS) or the floating action button (Android) and select "New Chat" or "New Message." Search for a contact by name or username and start a conversation. 

5. Send Messages:

 In a chat, type your message in the text input field at the bottom. You can send text messages, photos, videos, voice messages, stickers, and more. 

6. Create or Join Groups: 

 To create a group, tap the three lines icon (iOS) or the hamburger menu (Android), and select "New Group." Follow the prompts to create a group and invite participants. To join a group, you can use invite links, search for groups by name or interest, or ask friends to add you. 

7. Use Bots: 

 Telegram offers many bots that can perform various tasks, from providing news updates to scheduling reminders. You can find bots by searching for their names in the search bar.

8. Explore Channels: 

 Channels are like public broadcasting platforms where you can subscribe to receive updates. Search for channels by name or use online directories to find interesting ones. 

9. Secure Your Chats: 

 Telegram offers end-to-end encryption for secret chats, providing a higher level of security. You can start a secret chat by tapping the person's profile picture in a one-on-one chat and selecting "Start Secret Chat." 

10. Customize Notifications: -

 You can customize notification settings for individual chats and groups to control how and when you're alerted to new messages.
